Brief About Pricing
Our services are custom-designed for each client based on their needs. Following the initial call, we will send an email outlining the details and cost of the service that pertains to the needs of our guests. Upon confirmation that the PTP recommendation is acceptable, an invoice for a non-refundable retainer is sent (this applies to the final balance). A more in-depth call will then be scheduled to review the chosen service, and we will begin the relocation journey together. With the exception of the Virtual Rental Relocation Service (see details below), an invoice of 50% of the total cost is due upon approval of the quote. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of your selected service.
Tax is included in the quoted prices.
Services are non-refundable but changeable and transferable.

- Designed to find you your visa-qualifying accommodations and provide the support you will need:
- Virtual Searching, filtering, and sorting a maximum of VISA-qualified properties that match your specifications in the areas you choose to reside.
- Scheduling, arranging, and touring up to five properties in a pre-determined location.
- Coordination of your lease, including landlord introduction, review of the lease to determine if it qualifies for the visa
- Utility services connected, including internet. Private group created for you and facilitated by people like you living all over Portugal, who have a monthly Zoom chat to make friends and meet people.

Support Team Services

- Zoom video meetings and communicating via WhatsApp and email.
- Itinerary planning, including accommodation and transportation support and schedule coordination.
- Research, including school visits, recreational activities, hospital and medical facility, pet care, specialty diet needs, community resources, and any additional needs as requested by the client.
There is a one-time fee for in-person PTP services. If you choose an additional service by PTP, you will not pay the €475 support services again.
